The Appartamento SKipper, available for tourist rental, located at via Trento 8, internal 2, left staircase in Genoa, has two types of parking.

In the condominium’s parking facility, located directly beneath the Appartamento SKipper available for rent, there is a single paid parking space reserved for guests. As only one parking space is available, it must be reserved for each booking. The cost of parking in the private garage is €15 from 16:00 to 10:00 for single-day bookings and €15 per day for multi-day bookings. The parking space must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of check-out, unless otherwise agreed.

Dimensions of the Appartamento SKipper parking garage

The dimensions of the private garage are: 5 meters in depth, 2.5 meters in width, with a maximum height of 2.25 meters. Please note that larger vehicles cannot be accommodated. It is advised to pay close attention to upper appendages such as antennas or roof racks. We disclaim all responsibility for any damage to the vehicle or the building in the event of an accident.

Are there other parking spaces?

We have only one parking space in the garage beneath the condominium at via Trento 8 in Genoa. Paid parking is available on blue lines nearby, or free parking is available on white lines about 400 meters away. However, finding a parking space on blue or white lines can be challenging in Genoa due to the limited availability of street parking.

The paid blue parking lines of Genova Parcheggi extend along the entire via Trento, via Cocito, and throughout the Albaro neighborhood, in front of the condominium at via Trento 8 in Genoa. You can park your car within the blue lines, if spaces are available, by paying an hourly rate through the parking meters along via Trento or via the dedicated Easy Park application.

Free white parking lines on the street

White parking lines in Piazza Merani (200 meters)

There are white parking lines available in Piazza Merani, to the left of the parking reserved for Carrefour supermarket customers, where you can park for free, provided there is available space.

White parking lines on via Saluzzo (700 meters away)

There are white parking lines available, if space permits, at the end of via Saluzzo, at the intersection with via Trento. It’s important to note that via Saluzzo is a one-way street and can only be accessed from via Nizza in the direction of via Trento.

White parking lines on via Stefanino Curti (500 meters away)

About 500 meters away, reachable in a 6-minute walk from the condominium at via Trento 8 in Genoa, there is the possibility to park for free on the white lines, if available. Along via Stefanino Curti, on both sides, there are free white lines with no time limit. It is advisable to use these areas if free parking is found for the entire duration of the stay, considering the difficulty of finding parking in Genoa.

At the end of via Trento, at the intersection with via Francesco Pozzo, before the stop sign, on the right, there are some white lines where you can park for free, if there are available spaces.

On via Francesco Pozzo, proceeding from Piazza Tommaseo towards via Trento, after the first hairpin turn on the right, there are white lines where you can park for free, provided there are available spaces.

On via Francesco Pozzo, going downhill from via Trento towards Piazza Tommaseo, on the right, there are white lines where you can park for free, provided there are available spaces.

Free parking at Piazzale Kennedy (850 meters away)

At Piazzale John Fitzgerald Kennedy, located near Piazzale Cavalieri di Vittorio Veneto in Genoa, there is a large free parking lot with 280 spaces marked by white lines. This parking area, adjacent to the Genoa Fair, is reachable on foot from the apartment in about 10 minutes, considering that the shortest route includes a staircase. Typically, it’s possible to find available spaces for parking cars for free.

Motorcycle parking

In Genoa, motorcycle parking is free and available within the white stalls distributed almost evenly along the city streets. Motorcycles, Vespas, and scooters are very common and popular means of transportation in Genoa, so there are numerous parking spaces specifically dedicated to them.
